Here is a screencast using Jing.
Jing is an effective and free screencasting tool. It is available for a fee in a professional version. If you use free Jing, you must upload your screencast to screencast.com in order to get a linkable URL for them. Note you do not need to be in HTML view to use the link button.

I used Veranda font, size normal, color brown - bottom row, 2nd from left. It does not look too different from black. A more golden font was too light for easy reading.
The Jing image was saved from Google images, is small size and left aligned. One often has to play with image setting to get a desired result.
